The limited relief claimed in this Writ Petition is for expeditious disposal of the complaint filed by the respondent against the petitioner.

Since no order prejudicial to the interest of the respondent is being passed, the requirement of issuance of notice to the respondent is waived.

Taking into consideration the fact that the complaint is pending from the year 2008, we dispose of

this Writ Petition with a direction to the learned Trial Court to decide the complaint as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of six months from today.
