By this application, the cross-objectors/original claimants has sought to condone the delay of 3802 days in filing the cross-objection.

In view of the said statement and the reasons stated in the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient cause to condone the delay, the delay is condoned. However, the cross-objectors shall not be entitled for interest, if any, during the delayed period.
