The petitioner has abused the process of the Court by filing the second Writ Petition for seeking the benefit of remission, as per the Government Resolution dated 6th August, 1997 though the Criminal Writ Petition filed by the petitioner bearing No. 457/2011 with an identical prayer was dismissed by this Court, by the judgment dated 15th September, 2011.

Hence, we dismiss the Criminal Writ Petition. Order accordingly.
