This is an application filed by respondent No.1 praying for final disposal of the writ petition. The respondent No.1 has not been able to point out that the matter is covered by some judgment and can be disposed of without detailed hearing. The petition has been admitted after hearing the learned advocates for the petitioner and respondent No.1. The respondent No.1 had filed Civil Application No. 34 of 2015 praying for grant of early hearing which has been dismissed by this Court by order dated 13th January, 2015. Now, this application has been filed by the respondent No.1 praying that the petition be disposed of.
The civil application is misconceived. It is dismissed with costs of Rs.One Thousand to be deposited by the respondent No.1 with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur within one month.
