(2) Whether an income derived by cultivation of ancestral property can be said to be selfacquired income of the person ? (3) Whether the First Appellate Court was justified in discarding material evidence, the 3 sale deeds filed before it under order 47 Rule 27 C.P.C. ?

(4) Whether the findings recorded by the First Appellate Court is perverse and contrary to the facts and evidence on record ?"
