By order dated 10.07.2018, the Applicant/Respondent No.1 was permitted to withdraw 75% amount of compensation on filing an undertaking and balance 25% amount of compensation subject to furnishing solvent surety. The Applicant/Respondent No.1 states that he was unable to arrange the solvent surety, and hence, he could not withdraw the balance 25% amount of compensation. He seeks extension of time to file solvent surety within one week. 2.

Time is extended. Solvent surety be filed within one week. Registry thereafter to release the balance 25% amount of compensation as per order dated 10.07.2018.
