Shri Kukday, learned Counsel for applicant, submits that as per order of this Court, applicant has deposited entire amount of compensation and, therefore, ad interim stay be confirmed.

Office note substantiates the aforesaid statement of learned Counsel for applicant as amount of Rs.32,37,489/- is found deposited with the Registry of this Court. In the circumstances, interim stay stands confirmed pending appeal. The civil application is disposed of as allowed.
