This is an application for amendment. The application is vehemently opposed by Mr. D.M. Kakani, learned Advocate for respondent. 3, on the ground that the order passed in the departmental proceedings is appealable.
Merely because the petition is allowed to be amended does not mean that the contentions on merit are admitted. The averments can always be opposed on merits by the respondents by filing consequential replies.
In that view of the matter, the Civil Application is allowed. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. If the respondents desire to file consequential replies, the same be done within a period of two weeks fhereafter.
