Learned APP would submit that Investigating Officer undertakes to release the vehicle in terms of order passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur, however, he added that fine of sum of Rs.7,500/- of five challans have been issued against the vehicle.

Applicant's learned counsel undertakes to deposit fine amount today itself.
