DATE : 18.04.2016 The writ petition is disposed of with the consent of the learned Counsel for the parties on the following terms :- (1) The petitioner no.1- Management would send the roster, as desired, to the respondent no.2, within a period of seven days.

(2) The respondent no.2 - Commissioner of Reservation Cell would take an appropriate decision on the roster submitted by the petitioner no.1- Management, within a period of fifteen days from the receipt thereof.

(3) The Education Officer (Secondary) would decide the proposal for appointment of the petitioner no.2 on the post of Headmaster in Adarsh Vidyalaya, Jawala, Shahapur,

1804wp790.16.odt within a period of fifteen days from the date of decision by the Commissioner of Reservation Cell on the roster of the petitioner no.1 and grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner no.2 on the post of Headmaster, if permissible.

(4) There would be no order as to costs.
