Shri R. D. Khade, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that after the contempt petition is filed, the respondents have paid the remaining salary that was not paid to the petitioner earlier. In view of the aforesaid statement, it would not be necessary to proceed with the contempt petition any longer, more so, when the delay was not intentional.
Hence, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
