By this Application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition imposed on him in clause (iii) of the operative part of the order dated 01.07.2022 passed by this Court in BA No. 620/2022. The Clause (iii) of the conditions reads as under :

"The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 1st and 16th of each month between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when his presence is required."

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the aforesaid condition be modified. The learned APP submits that he has no objection to relax the condition as proposed with a rider that the applicant should attend the trial on each and every date before the trial Court. In view of the above, the clause No(iii) be read as under ;

APPP.131.23 "

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when directed by the Investigating Officer with a rider that the applicant shall regularly attend the Court and cooperate the learned trial court to complete the trial and shall not seek adjournments, except under extreme circumstances to the satisfaction of the trial Court."
