By this application, respondent No.1 is seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.75,000/-.

The Insurance Company has deposited the amount of Rs.75,000/- out of Rs.6,36,100/-. Considering the amount which is claimed is meager amount and the claimant is entitled to receive the same.

In view of the above, respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.75,000/- alongwith accrued interest on usual undertaking.

The amount of Rs.75,000/- alongwith accrued interest be disbursed to respondent No.1 on due identification and verification.
