This application is for condonation of delay. 3.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks i.e. after vacation.
CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 1091 OF 2023 By this application the applicant is seeking stay to the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the judgment and award dated 16.04.2022, passed by the Member of Motor Accident Claim Tribunal No.4, Nagpur in M.A.C.P. No. 601/2015.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation within a period of ten weeks, the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned
2 37-CAF No.1090.2023.odt judgment and award dated 16.04.2022, passed by the Member of Motor Accident Claim Tribunal No.4, Nagpur in M.A.C.P. No. 601/2015 be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
On failure to deposit the amount within a said period, the stay granted be vacated automatically without reference to this Court.
