Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties 2.

The Petitioner has sought a direction to the Respondent to appoint him as Junior Clerk on the basis that the name of the Petitioner was included in the select list dated 6 July 2004. 3.

The Writ Petition is filed on 16 January 2019 that is almost after 15 years. There is no explanation whatsoever as regards to the laches. Apart from this position, life of a select list is limited. SKNair

Considering the facts and circumstances, no relief can be granted to the Petitioner as sought for.
