The suit filed on the basis of title for grant of permanent injunction restraining the defendant from interfering with the possession of the plaintiff over the suit property was dismissed by the Trial Court. The appeal has also been dismissed by the lower Appellate Court. The plaintiff is before this Court in this second appeal against the concurrent findings of fact. The Courts below have held that the plaintiff has failed to establish title and possession over the suit property. The defendant has established the title over the suit property on the basis of the registered sale-deed dated 18-6-2002. The findings

The second appeal is dismissed.
