CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK AND A.I.S. CHEEMA, JJ.

DATED : SEPTEMBER 07, 2015.

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that a similar order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Nagpur, dated 11.9.2014 was upheld by this court in Writ Petition No.118/2015 and this court had dismissed the writ petition filed by the petitioner therein. It is stated that the set of facts in the decided writ petition and the instant writ petition are almost identical. Hence, for the reasons recorded in the order dated 24.8.2015 in Writ Petition No.118 of 2015, this writ petition is also dismissed, with no order as to costs.
