The effort of the learned counsel for the petitioner is to demonstrate that though the petitioner has scored more marks he has not been appointed. During arguments a communication dated 05.03.2015 sent by respondent No.2Board is also produced to show that name of the petitioner is recommended for appointment.

The learned A.G.P. has invited our attention to the pleadings to urge that the pleadings do not show any injustice as such to the petitioner.

The communication dated 05.03.2015 does not form part of the petition. Its copy is taken on record and marked as Exh.X. Its copy is also served upon the learned A.G.P. 4.

We direct the petitioner to make appropriate representation to respondent Nos.3 and 4. If such representation is made by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the said respondents shall consider it within a period of two weeks thereafter.

Keeping all the contentions open, we dispose of the writ petition.
