Earlier counsel has discharged on 01.03.2024 and notice was served to the petitioner. Though the notice was received by the petitioner nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner has not engaged any counsel nor anybody has appeared before this Court on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

Stand over to next week as a last chance."

As could be seen, despite issuance of notice for engagement of counsel and despite notice having been served, nobody appeared on previous date. None appears for petitioner today as well.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed as not prosecuted.
