In compliance with the order dated 08.02.2024 the appellant has filed affidavit stating therein that the certified copy could not be obtained by the concerned Advocate because his brother met with an accident and was required to attend him. The letter dated 16.02.2024 issued by Advocate in this regard is annexed with this affidavit. The copy of discharge summary of the hospital is also annexed. Considering the same, the appellant has made good ground to condone the delay and therefore, delay has been condoned as prayed for. First Appeal be registered and processed in accordance with rule.
