Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned P.P. to some extent. Perused the investigation papers.

Considering the gravity of the offence that two minor, who are of very tender age, are subjected to sexual assault. Therefore, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the applicant. Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 3.

Liberty is granted to the present applicant to file an application after receipt of the CA report. 4.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

5.

The fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per rules.
