The applicants herein have sought leave to withdraw the enhanced amount of compensation of Rs.43,465/- along with interest accrued thereon. The applicants are the legal representatives of the original claimant in L.A.C. No.37/2003. They have placed on record Legal Heir Certificate issued by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Dhamangaon Railway. Since, the appeal filed by the Acquiring Body has been withdrawn, the applicants, who are the legal representatives of the original claimant, are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.43,465/- along with interest accrued thereon.

The application stands disposed of.
