The petitioner prays that the writ petition be disposed of in the light of the judgment dated 05.07.2017 at the Principal Seat in Writ Petition No. 11527/2016 (M/s. Mahadev Corp. Vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors). We find that the matter will have to be heard and merely on the basis of the aforesaid judgment, the writ petition cannot be disposed of. With liberty to the petitioner to apply for early hearing after six months, the present application is disposed of.
