The prayer for withdrawal of amount is opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant.

Considering the nature of evidence on record and in the light of the earlier order dated 04/12/2018, the respondent No.2 is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- along with accrued interest subject to filing an undertaking within eight weeks stating therein that in case the appeal is allowed, said amount shall be repaid with interest at such rate the Court may direct. The remaining amount shall be invested in Fixed Deposit.
