By this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction against the respondent nos.2 and 3 to ensure the implementation of the order dated 26.10.2015 and permit the petitioner to resume the duties as an Assistant Teacher in the school run by the respondent no.4.
During the pendency of the writ petition, since the question of tenability of the writ petition was raised at the behest of the respondent no.4, the learned counsel for the petitioner had made a statement that the petitioner would have no grievance if the petitioner is accommodated or absorbed in some other Primary Aided Ashram School. The matter was adjourned at the request of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for making a statement.
Shri Joshi, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 3, states on instructions from the respondent no.3 that the petitioner could be accommodated in one of the Primary Aided Ashram School within fifteen days. It is stated that appropriate orders for absorbing the petitioner in a Primary Aided Ashram School would be passed within fifteen days.
By accepting the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of the respondent no.3, that would be binding on the respondent no.3, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
