DATED : 24 - 2 -202 The challenge is to the order of the Tahsildar directing the payment of royalty and penalty for illegal transportation of sand.

Since the order impugned is appealable, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms. Khan points out that in so far as penalty for illegal use of vehicle, the same is imposed by the Sub Divisional Officer in separate proceedings.
