DATED : 3rd APRIL, 2024 Ms. Jaipurkar, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4 submits, on the basis of the communication dated 03/10/2023 issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal that the petitioners are entitled for the benefit of one step promotional pay scale under the GR dated 06/8/2002. The communication is taken on record and marked as "X". The petition is, therefore, disposed in view of the aforesaid statement and the respondents are directed to grant the benefit of one step promotional pay scale to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.
