On objection being raised by Mr. Khapre, learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 regarding availability of the remedy of revision to the petitioners against the impugned order, Mr. Bhise, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy.

The petition is therefore dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The question of delay shall not come in the way of the petitioners in the matter of filing of the revision. 4.
