Shri C.A. Joshi, learned Counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw the amount of enhanced compensation, as granted by this Court by the judgment dated 23/04/2019 in First Appeal No.394/2008.

Shri A.S. Mehadia, learned Counsel for the respondent no.1 has no objection, considering which, the civil application is hereby allowed. The decretal amount, deposited by the respondent no.1 on 12/11/2020 vide CCDR No.28036 be paid to the appellants/applicants, in equal proportion, as per the request, as contained in prayer clause of the application.
