By filing this application, applicants are seeking correction/amendment in cause title of Civil Application No.54 of 2023 and Civil Application

(2) 6.caf.213.2023 No.57 of 2023.

As per contention of the applicants, the name of Kamlabai wd/o Wamanrao Nagatode is wrongly mentioned as Ashok Nagtode. She is the appellant No.2, but inadvertently the name of Ashok Nagtode was mentioned in the subject title.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, and as the proposed amendment is due to the typographic error, the application is allowed. 4.

The applicants are permitted to carry out the necessary amendment within one week.

Stand over after one week.
