Mr. D.P. Bhongade, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners are ready to comply with the directions given in the impugned judgment and order passed by the Labour Court, Akola. It is submitted that the respondent would be reinstated and he would be paid 50% back wages as directed by the Labour Court, Akola.

The learned counsel for the respondent has forwarded a pursis wherein it is stated that the petitioners had shown their willingness to comply with the impugned judgment and order, but the pendency of the present writ petition was creating a difÏculty in doing so.

In view of the above, it is evident that the petitioners are complying with the impugned order passed by the Labour Court and, therefore, nothing survives in the present writ petition and it is disposed of
