Heard.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the main allegations are against one Ravi Savalkar and not against the present applicant. The present applicant only helped Ravi by taking the complainant to the place of incident. It appears from the report that the victim resided in the hut with the main accused for about two days. When her father and relatives reached there, thereafter she made complaint. The victim is a major aged about 18 years. Looking to the allegations in the report, the application is allowed.

The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty-five thousand only) with one surety in the like amount, on the following conditions. The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution witnesses.

The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.
