After perusing the Contempt Petition, we had requested the learned Additional Government Pleader to obtain instructions as to whether the Scrutiny Committee has decided the Tribe claim of the petitioner as directed in the Writ Petition No. 618/2014.

On instructions, it is submitted that the Tribe claim of the petitioner pending with the Caste Scrutiny Committee Amravati would be decided within period of one month from today.

Accepting the aforesaid submission as made, there is no reason to keep the present contempt proceedings pending and they are accordingly, disposed of.
