DATE : 12/06/2023 1] Mr. Malke, learned counsel for the petitioner upon a query by the Court admits that the petitioner has no concern with the land owned by the respondent no.2 Punjaram Meshram, neither he is concerned with the compensation granted to the respondent no.2.

2] The only contention raised is that since the petitioner was asked to produce a legal heir certificate, the respondent no.2 also ought to have been asked to do the same. It is also an admitted position that there is no controversy regarding the entitlement of respondent no.2.

3] In that light of the matter, I do not see any reason to interfere in the impugned order. The petition is dismissed. No costs.
