Heard Advocate Shri Kadam for the applicant.

Applicant is a hardened criminal. Many cases are registered against the applicant. He is arrested for the offence punishable under section 394 read with section 34 of IPC. On the report of complainant Balaji Kawduji Chaudhari a teacher by profession lodged the report stating that on 24.10.2018 he has returning from Gadchiroli along with other two companion. When they were on the way at about 09:00 p.m. they were obstructed, they were fell down from the motorcycle. One of the accused pushed their motorcycle. They fell down, one of the person taken out knife and injured the complainant. Another accused taken out mobile, cash of Rs.9500/-, one golden chain, one golden ring etc. During the investigation accused/applicant and co-accused were arrested. Confessional statement came to be recorded. Some of the articles are recovered from the

ba92.19.O.odt applicant and other co-accused. From the say of the I.O. it appears that applicant is a hardened criminal is involved in many crime therefore, he is not entitled for bail. Application is rejected.
