As the alternate remedy is available by filing a representation before the Ombudsman, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition to approach Ombudsman. 2.

Permission is granted as prayed for.

Interim relief granted in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 3rd February, 2020 shall continue till the decision on representation, if the petitioner approaches to the Ombudsman within two weeks from today.

If the representation is filed within two weeks from today, Ombudsman may consider the time exhausted in pursuing the present writ petition while deciding the issue of limitation.

5.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
