DATED : 22 nd FEBRUARY, 2016 Inspite of notice being issued to the respondent no. 3 indicating thereby that the Court proposes to dispose of the petition finally, the respondent no.3 has not put in appearance. 2.
The petitioner has approached this court being aggrieved by the communication issued by respondent no.3 informing him that for non-submission of caste validity certificate his admission to the said course has not been approved by the respondent no.2.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 Committee submits that if the proposal for considering the caste validity claim is forwarded by respondent no. 3, the respondent no. 4 Committee is willing to examine the case of the petitioner. 4.
In that view of the matter, we direct the petitioner to submit his caste certificate along with all relevant documents in support of his claim with the respondent no. 3
wp592-16.odt within a period of 10 days from today.

The respondent no.3 is directed to forward the claim of the petitioner to respondent no.4 within a period of 10 days thereafter.

The respondent no. 4 is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner as early as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today.

It is directed that till the disposal of the caste claim of the petitioner regarding belonging to Other Backward Class is decided by the respondent no. 4, the respondent nos. 1 to 3 shall not disturb the education of the petitioner and shall permit him to attend the course, so also permit him to appear for the examination and declare the result. However, it is made clear that the petitioner would be entitled to concessions and fees only after his claim is held to be valid by the respondent no.4 Committee.
