However, there appears to be an interim order passed by the learned Division Bench directing the investigating agency not to submit the charge-sheet. 3.

In this view of the matter, the condition that the applicant shall continue to report to Police Station Rajura till filing of the charge-sheet on 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month is relaxed. Instead it is directed that the applicant shall report at the said police station as and when the Investigating Officer specifically directs the applicant to attend the police station, by a written intimation.
