DATE : June 22, 2022 The petitioner and his wife are employed with the Zilla Parishad, Buldhana seek benefit of the Government Resolution dated 27/02/2017 in the matter of posting of their services. According to the petitioner presently he and his wife are serving at a distance of 50 km from each other. The petitioner has made a representation dated 18/06/2018 to the Chief Executive Officer seeking benefit of the aforesaid Government Resolution. Considering the fact that the representation dated 18/06/2018 has not been adjudicated, we are inclined to permit the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the Chief Executive Officer for seeking benefit of Government Resolution dated 27/02/2017. If such representation is made within a period of three weeks from today, the Chief Executive Officer shall consider the same in accordance with the prevailing policy within further period of three weeks of receipt of such representation. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
