In the circumstances of the case, we again clarify that we are not staying the recovery of the local body tax. However, in case, the State Government takes a decision in favour of the petitioners herein, the respondent-Corporation may not continue the recovery. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri N. S. Rao waives notice of hearing on behalf of respondent No.1. Learned counsel Shri J.B. Kasat waives notice of hearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3.
