In compliance of the order dated 4th February, 2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court, the petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in this Court.

The respondent no.2 issued the show cause notice dated 24th November, 2024 and notice dated 14th January, 2025 under Sections 7A and 8-G of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provision Act, 1952 to the petitioner.

After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to take recourse or remedy as available in law. 4.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of liberty as prayed for.
