Learned counsel Shri V.R.Deshpande for the applicant, submits that during the pendency of this present application applicant No.5-Sau.Megha w/o Shyam Giri has filed an affidavit stating therein that after filing of this application another incident has occurred and, therefore, she is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
