02] It is common ground that while dictating the order dated 14/12/2023, this Court allowed the applicant to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant. However, inadvertently in the order, the figure "50%" was skipped or remained to be typed. It is also appeared that the said order came to be passed on C.A.F. No.2216/2023, which is for condonation of delay and is pending for hearing.

03] Be that as it may, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the order dated 14/12/2023 is modified. 04] Respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant on furnishing an usual undertaking. 05] The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
