DATED : 29 th JANUARY, 2024 This is an application for deleting the name of respondent No.4, who, according to the appellant, died on 02.04.2021 leaving behind the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 5 as his legal heirs and successors. It is submitted that the legal heirs has already on record.

In view of this, the application is allowed. The appellant is permitted to delete the name of respondent No.4.

Necessary correction be carried out within a period of two days.

The application stands disposed of.
