Prayer is to condone delay in filing the first appeal. The applicant has filed additional affidavit dated 4-42016 in support of the prayer for condonation of delay. The application is opposed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. Having perused the contents of the application as well as the additional affidavit filed on record, it does not appear that the delay has been deliberately caused. The delay in filing the first appeal is condoned subject to the appellant not being entitled for interest on the amount of compensation if enhanced for the period from 27-11-2012 till 1-7-2015. The delay is condoned on aforesaid terms.

Civil application is disposed of.
