DATE : 11/03/2022 Criminal Application (APPP) No.167 of 2022 is for speaking to minutes/modification of order dated 24.01.2021, by which, while condoning the delay cost of Rs.2,500/- has been imposed. Attention is drawn to the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Suto Motu Writ Petition (C) No.3/2020, dated 10.01.2022, suspending the limitation till 28.02.2022, considering which, in so far as the order dated 24.01.2022, which imposes cost of Rs.2,500/- is concerned, the same stands modified by deleting the imposition of cost of Rs.2,500/-. The Criminal Application is disposed of.
