In the present matter, a limited prayer is made for direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the representation/ application made by the petitioner for regularization of his encroachment. Such representation/application was moved on 13.01.2025 pointing out the provisions of law as well as the facts as regards the encroachment and the period of possession of the petitioner.

As we find that the application of the petitioner is pending since last 9 months and there is no decision by the respondent No.1, this petition can be disposed of with direction as sought for.

Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to the respondent No.1-Collector, Gadchiroli to
