After arguing the matter for some time, learned Advocate for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file an appeal as per available provisions of law.

Having regard to the fact that status quo was granted by this Court vide order 02.02.2024 and it had operated during pendency of the petition, same shall be continued to operate for a period of four weeks from today.
