DATE : 11/03/2022 Heard Mr. Meghe, learned counsel for the applicant. The petition came to be dismissed for non appearance by an order dated 11.01.2021 with a cost of Rs.10,000/-, which imposed the condition that if any application for restoration is preferred, the Registry shall ensure that the condition to deposit the cost is complied with. The cost has been deposited as per the receipt at Annexed - I, to the application.

Mr. Dubey, learned APP for non-applicant no.1/State has no objection to restore the petition, considering which, the application is allowed. The writ petition is restored to file.
