DATE : January 30, 2019 Heard the learned counsel and perused the impugned judgment.

Considering the nature of evidence on record, claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation as deposited on filing undertaking within period of eight weeks that in case the appeal is allowed, said amount shall be repaid with interest at such rate the Court may direct. Further 25% amount of compensation is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). Remaining amount shall be invested in fixed deposit.

Civil application is disposed of.
